Business for Shared Prosperity in Burma (BSP), DaNa Facility | 2018-2020

Published by Cynosure on

The £75m Business for Shared Prosperity in Burma programme is aimed at reducing poverty and improving jobs and income in Myanmar by improving the business regulatory environment and selected market sectors.

Responsibilities include reviewing multiple programme logframes from DFID, the World Bank, and IFC, conducting Annual Programme reviews and certifying submissions to the DFID Results Commission.

Cynosure created the monitoring systems for keeping track of livelihoods and access to finance results across a £12m portfolio of 17 grantees and prepared value for money and cost-benefit analysis of grants for extension. We also conducted research to fill evidence gaps in the programme theory of change.
