Published by Cynosure on

The £8m GRRP is designed to build the capacity of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and Ministry of Trade and Industry (MoTI) to better forecast and collect tax revenues in Ghana.

Cynosure provided M&E support to the programme, led the review of programme logframe, theory of change, value for money (VFM) and results framework, and led several Annual Reviews.

Cynosure also led key informant interviews and prepared case studies to evaluate the impact of the capacity building component, especially training provided to GRA and MoTI teams.
